Free Shipping Shipping is free for all orders placed on hwa-sea.com.
Order Processing Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days after being received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
Delivery Times Delivery times range from 3 to 21 working days after dispatch. These timeframes may vary depending on your location or during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).
Order Tracking Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow the delivery progress directly on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status on our website under the "Track My Order" section.
Missing Items If any items are missing from your parcel, please contact us immediately at: 📩 contact@hwa-sea.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending the missing item or offering a suitable alternative.
Returns and Refunds No refund will be issued before the parcel has been delivered to the customer. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, you may do so in accordance with our Return Policy. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund, minus any applicable fees.
